By accessing and using our scheduling platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
Our platform provides comprehensive online scheduling and booking services for local businesses and their customers.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Secure Processing: All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers. We never store your payment information on our servers.
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account. We'll provide notice before taking action.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
